Sales Development Representative

THE OPPORTUNITY: Sales Development Representative 

NuORDER is looking for highly motivated and driven self-starter to prospect exciting brands for our Sales Development team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for NuORDER’s Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have experience and background in outbound lead generation or Sales.  They will not be afraid of a fast-paced & high-energy sales environment.  Compensation involves a competitive base salary, plus uncapped performance-driven bonuses. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate, qualify and prospect key brands that could be a potential fit for NuORDER primarily via email and phone calls, and social engagement
  • Identify decision makers among the targeted leads in order to start the sales process
  • Execute high volume outbound email campaigns using NuORDER sales & marketing collateral 
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and annual quotas​

THE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE: Entry level Sales experience with a preference for Outbound SDR experience 

SKILLS:

  • Understanding of and interest in B2B software sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills.  You must be confident and comfortable reaching out to key decision makers, establishing rapport, and driving action.
  • Systematic but flexible, solution oriented mindset
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Persistent and resilient, handles objections and rejection well
  • Thrives in a competitive team environment
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
