THE OPPORTUNITY:

NuORDER is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our Customer Success team! Our clients need a partner who is dedicated, full of enthusiasm and truly enjoys working with people.
The right candidate will have the desire to understand the Fashion industry and assist brands in their wholesale business. 

This is a two months paid internship with the opportunity for extension. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uploading customer data into our platform
  • Work in the support team to assist with existing clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for data related inquiries
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Troubleshooting data related questions
  • Daily and weekly touchbases with the team
  • Weekly reporting for assignments

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS Required

  • Experience in wholesale, retail, e-commerce or other Fashion industry is a plus. 
  • You're a great communicator. You understand complex concepts and are able to break them down for non-technical people.
  • Able to troubleshoot and approach problems methodically.
  • You're comfortable working with data and have incredible attention to detail -- you can find a needle in a (data) haystack. Must love Excel (formulas, v-lookup, formulas, pivot tables)!
  • Great analytical skills
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, entrepreneurial startup environment.
  • Basic Photoshop experience is a plus.
  • Second language is a strong plus (especially French or Italian)
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Must be able to work in the UK
  • Above all else, able to think beyond the status quo with a can-do attitude and an appetite for success!
